So excited tomorrow I will be able to start!
My box of meals for the month arrived this evening. I am so ready to begin this journey!

First things First...

HI there my name is Jess, I am a 28yr old mom of 3. I have been married to my best friend for almost 10 years now. He is the love of my life and my rock.
Ever since I had my kids my weight has fluctuated and gone into excess... I am not happy with where I am and that is why I have decided to take my chances and try Take Shape For Life. My very dear old friend Suzy & her hubby are life coaches. I have known about the program for a while but never been in the right place in my life to go through with it. I feel now is the right time and that I CAN get to my goal.  I am so anxious and a bit nervous to see myself get there.


This is my journey. I hope to do a video log every week. That way I can journal this every step of the way and later look back and see how far I have come. I would like to invite you to share in my journey.

So TONIGHT I ordered my first months worth and I am SUPER excited to start... YAY...
